I have used Newquay Plastics for our new build garage & annexe & also our new roof on our conservatory. Their service has always been to a high standard & when there has been an issue they have been there quickly to rectify. I have just about to have a new porch door & back door fitted & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning to upgrade windows or doors.

Once again Newquay Plastics blew the competition away, firstly by actually returning my call for a quote (that always helps) and then secondly by delivering 1st class service. The two guys who came to do the work (Mark & Gary well done both!) just got on and did the work. Cladding the rear of our house and then replacing all the fascias and soffets. Any questions I had I usually directed to Phil who was always on the ball. I cannot recommend the Newquay Plastics Team enough. Thanks again for another job well done!! Excellent service from beginning to end. Newquay Plastics were prompt to come and quote and the quote is valid for 2 years. They are not pushy sales people - we took a couple of months to make the decision but they didn't once pester us. The installation was done in a clean and efficient manner and we are very happy with the quality of the products and the workmanship. If you are having double glazing replaced or installed I would highly recommend this company.

One of our bifold doors were accidentally smashed in a gardening accident, Newquay plastics who fitted our amazing doors, were out to fit a temporary fix for me within two hours - I cannot express how grateful I was to know, me and my home were safe and secure until a replacement could be ordered - amazing customer service and can't thank them enough.

We have recently had our fascias,soffits and guttering replaced by Newquay Plastics following the recommendation of a neighbour. They are a very reliable and responsive company with good products and acheive excellent results whilst remaining competetively priced. We are very happy with two doors, to entrance/ porch and lounge ,quality we found is excellent' Our bungalow has now had the attention of five company,s over the years some experiences needed a lot to be desired, and in fact put us off the latest project for a long while. However we have say this was the best service from start finish, even the visit to the factory was a pleasurable one with so much time and patience while we selected our items. Darren the fitter was first class and cleaning and vacuuming throughout the installation, the pride he showed in finishing the job was superb he is a person who really cares about the finished result. It is a shame we did not come to Newquay Plastics before as the others company,s promjsed more and did not fulfill their promise in our opinion. Just want to say a huge thank you for our excellent replacement upstairs windows and composite front door. The fitter worked really hard in blazing sunshine and drizzly rain and the quality of his work was fantastic. He always cleaned up any debris and hoovered, which was a nice surprise, before leaving for the day! The Windows and door look fantastic and the quality is second to none. I knew Newquay Plastics were the right choice, right from that first meeting with the non-pushy salesman. All the window designs were mine with some guidance from the rep. We will certainly go back to Newquay Plastics when we have enough funds to continue with our renovations.
